About this Site

There is an ever increasing number of websites and web-logs devoted to gardening; flowers, perennials, landscaping, trees, herbs, fruits, vegetables etc. We love all gardening categories, but our favorite is vegetable gardening.

With so many gardening articles and posts out there, in order to find the good veggie entries, we had to weed through all of the entries about flowers and other aspects of gardening. We mean no disrespect to flower gardening, but this site was created to help vegetable gardening enthusiasts find the diamonds in the rough of garden blog entries. Later, it was expanded to include all other edible gardening and related topics. So far, we have over 150 categories!

We have many great contributors from all around the world represented here at Veggie Garden Info. There are only a couple of us here at Veggie Garden Info, so for this site to be successful, we need your help! Read the intros for each article, click on the link to visit the actual site where the content originated, and then if you like, come back to Veggie Garden Info and leave a comment so you can tell others which entries they should go to.

If you are the author of a vegetable or fruit gardening post that isn't represented here at VGI, visit the Suggest a Veggie Article or Blog page and leave a comment with the url. Soon after, an entry will appear on the main page. Its that simple. Together we will learn all about edible gardening!
